Shipping policy

Prado Flowers verifies delivery addresses and the recipient's availability before delivering any items. Our customers (the senders) must provide a phone number for the recipient to facilitate delivery coordination at their convenience. 

If the sender or recipient opts for a contactless delivery, Prado Flowers will not be held liable for any lost or stolen items. All floral arrangements will be delivered as close to the requested time as possible. Deliveries must be signed for by the recipient or an adult on their behalf.
